Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to their problems. If you have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong problem-solving ability, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Experience with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
