Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and finding solutions to better serve our taxpayers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phones in a busy call-center environment, providing timely and positive communication with customers

  • Use problem-solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiries and navigate multiple accounts and software programs
  • Exhibit patience and understanding when handling taxpayer issues, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
  • Meet personal, company, and client production goals, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a supportive and dynamic team environment

Schedule and Location

* Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

  • No weekends!
  • On-site in our Bangor, PA office, with the option to work from home in a hybrid environment after initial training (~4 months)
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs and performance

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $15.20/hour

  • Monthly bonus opportunity on top of hourly rate

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • Excellent attitude and communication skills
  • Computer and keyboarding skills
  • Willingness to learn a wealth of Pennsylvania tax information
  • Prior clerical experience and/or customer service experience is helpful but not required
