Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Travel Specialist – Work From Home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and requests. You'll also act as a travel consultant, researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and recommending various travel options to meet clients' needs, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
  • Utilizing various computer systems and software to process and track reservations, payments, and refunds
  • Monitoring and resolving any issues or concerns related to travel reservations and payments
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously staying updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide the most up-to-date information to clients

Essential Qualifications
