Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to arenaflex subscribers via chat, email, and voice channels regarding billing inquiries, account access, subscription issues, and general service concerns.
• Accurately diagnosing technical issues and providing solutions or escalating appropriately.
• Documenting subscriber interactions using internal tools to ensure accurate records and continuous service improvement.
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date information and recommendations.
• Staying aligned with arenaflex's brand voice and service standards while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Meeting or exceeding performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and working in a digital environment.

• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.

Working Hours

As a Virtual Customer Support Advocate, you'll work full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support subscribers across various time zones. Shifts are scheduled in advance and follow a rotating weekly schedule.
