Job Summary

As a Work at Home Email Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through email and chat. This may include answering questions about our services, assisting with technical issues, and providing guidance to potential clients on how to access our telepsychiatry services. You will be working in a remote environment, but you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating with other members to ensure high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex and our services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance for clients to access our telepsychiatry services
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Utilize various software platforms and technology to provide efficient and effective support
  • Continuously improve and refine processes to enhance the client experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using technology and various software platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
