Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential new customers through inbound calls, utilizing effective sales and negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees. You'll also gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls, advise and educate applicants on information regarding their specific application, and deliver the best possible experience with every contact.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Training and Development

* Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length, to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17-$18.90/hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay through incentives and career advancement

• Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards for outstanding performance
• Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay and opportunities for advancement
• Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
• Bilingual skills will be compensated in the form of a 10% differential
