The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions, and providing service
- Managing and responding to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
- Delivering high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
- Upholding exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
- Keeping customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a call center setting (preferably)
- Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
- A customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
- Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your lifestyle, including:
- Mon, Thurs-Sun 9:00am-5:30pm (off Tue-Wed)
- Mon-Wed, Sat-Sun 9:00am-5:30pm (off Thu-Fri)
- Mon-Fri 11:15am-8:00pm
- Tues-Fri 8:00am-4:45pm, Sat 9:00am-5:30pm
- Tues-Fri 9:45am-6:30pm, Sat 9:00am-5:30pm
Start Date
