Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers and field partners through multiple interactive channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Demonstrating expertise in managing unique, complex, or escalated customer issues, utilizing multiple sources of information to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Developing innovative solutions independently, thinking creatively to implement rapid resolutions that ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer calls related to Risk Management or Social Responsibility, upholding arenaflex's high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
