Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
- Integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and arenaflex's confidentiality policies
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:
- Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products and services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
