What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
  • Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services

What You Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
  • High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience, preferably B2B sales
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote

  • A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam, with an increase to your base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses once you're licensed
