Job Summary

We're seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Email Chat Support team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries and issues via email and live chat, providing solutions and guidance to help our clients achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities

As an Email Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing customer inquiries and issues via email and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Guiding customers through product processes and features, ensuring they have a seamless experience
  • Building rapport with clients quickly, establishing trust and credibility
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort using them to interact with customers
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services (although training will be provided)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
