Position Details

  • Employment Type: This is a contract position, paid through Upwork. As a remote Customer Support Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours, depending on our business needs.
  • Schedule: We offer flexible scheduling, with the potential for full-time or part-time hours. You'll have the autonomy to manage your time effectively and work at your own pace.

Requirements

To be successful as a remote Customer Support Agent, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Residency: You must reside in one of the listed states above.
  • Experience: You'll need a minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering top-tier support via phone, chat, and/or email.
  • Communication Skills: You'll need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Independence: You'll need to be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Technology: You'll need to be comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Internet Connection: You'll need a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.

Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: You'll need to respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and troubleshooting issues in a professional manner.
  • Documenting Customer Interactions: You'll need to document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Following Established Procedures: You'll need to follow established procedures while offering empathetic, solution-focused service to our clients.
  • Providing Exceptional Support: You'll need to provide exceptional support experiences, resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
