Position Overview:

As a Seasonal Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Promptly answering and responding to all customer calls and emails, resolving issues effectively and with the arenaflex Family spirit
  • Following up swiftly on any unresolved customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Making thoughtful, smart decisions on the fly with arenaflex values at top of mind to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Suggesting and improving customer service processes and documentation procedures
  • Helping train and support other team members as needed
  • Proactively communicating with various teams to enhance our customer experience in stores and on our website
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Job Functions:

* Arrive at scheduled shift ready to answer incoming customer service calls and emails by the opening of generally recognized corporate business hours or as directed by the Department Lead or Department Manager

  • Hours are subject to change with shift in demand and/or peak selling times
  • Utilize available technology and resources to ensure all calls and emails are answered during business hours
  • Be the voice of arenaflex to internal and external customers, providing "WOW" customer service and representing the brand image at all times

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
  • Very strong organizational skills with a big emphasis on follow through
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to learn multiple systems rapidly
  • Maintain a positive attitude in all situations and represent the arenaflex brand in all aspects
  • Team player
  • Look for continuous improvement in customer service experience and processes
  • Extremely process-oriented
  • Weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Potential overtime opportunities included.

Work Location:

This position is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Department hours are as directed by the Customer Care Leadership Team, and you may be required to work some overtime and evening hours during holidays and peak seasonal periods.

Availability:

Must be available to work one of the following shifts:

  • Monday – Thursday 7a CST – 6p CST
  • Tuesday – Friday 7a CST – 6p CST
  • Friday – Monday 7a CST – 6p CST
  • Monday – Thursday 10a CST – 9pm CST
  • Exact days and hours subject to change based on business needs
