Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers at various touchpoints, including ticket counters, baggage service offices, and gate areas. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and create a positive experience for our passengers. This remote role offers a competitive salary of $26/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, including resolving complaints and answering questions

  • Work in a team environment to achieve our company's goals and objectives
  • Handle customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage, and reservations
  • Resolve issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our services, including admission, schedules, and flight status
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the company
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting

Requirements

* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing techniques, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions
  • Ability to complete our Customer Service Specialist training program with a score of 80% or higher
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of airline operations and ticketing systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
