Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Email Follow-Up Specialist & Building Design Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, addressing their queries, and providing them with accurate information about our steel building designs. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business. This is a remote Part-Time position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our steel building designs and services. - Reprice buildings and provide customers with updated quotes and information. - Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate information. - Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Contribute to the growth of our business by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Essential Qualifications
