Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services to ensure a world-class customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and promote products and services
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute and navigate multiple systems and software applications
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer service oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
