  • Providing top-notch customer service to 50-70 individuals daily, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Navigating complex healthcare systems, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Utilizing your knowledge and people skills to find solutions and make a positive impact on customers' lives
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and outcomes

### Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
  • Proficiency in web-based systems and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 100 mbs download and 50 mbs upload
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

### Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Healthcare or insurance experience, with knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans
  • Background in social work, behavioral health, or a related field
