As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, web, or written correspondence. You will engage, consult, and educate customers on our plans, tools, and resources to guide them towards better health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting interactions with customers, providers, and plan sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, web, or written correspondence

• Engage, consult, and educate customers on arenaflex plans, tools, and resources
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document interactions with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
• Build trusting relationships with customers to support their health and well-being

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store
• Ability to work in a production environment and meet performance standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a second or third shift schedule
