Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts to drive business growth and adoption.

Technical Relevance:

Understand and apply arenaflex's solutions and technical capabilities to client needs and requirements.

Collaboration:

Work with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimize usage, and drive adoption.

Communication:

Develop communication strategies for holding business value discussions at client executive levels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

4-year college degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.

Technical Skills:

2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
