Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
- Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers and providing clear and concise information
- Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
- Completing after-call information and data entry to the system
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
