Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and requests
  • Providing coaching, counseling, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Responding to escalated customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contributing to establishing a work environment that recognizes achievement, rewards high performance, and promotes opportunity
  • Performing supervisory stand-by duty as required, including weekends or emergency situations

Requirements:

To be successful as a Lead Supervisor, you'll need:

  • A BS/BA Degree preferred, or 5 years of strongly related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
