Job Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing the needs of inbound callers to achieve first call resolution, following established call flows and guidelines
  • Collaborating with internal partners to resolve issues related to claims, provider searches, and benefits
  • Maintaining professionalism while documenting all interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines
  • Adhering to scheduled work hours and maintaining production and adherence standards
  • Assisting callers with various inquiries while managing potential frustrations and complaints

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
