Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve efficiency objectives and identify opportunities for sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Developing a positive team culture that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Implementing adherence to arenaflex policies and procedures among all team members
• Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing consistent feedback to improve individual and team performance
• Maintaining office and display area standards in line with the brand, ensuring team members comply with arenaflex's dress code and training policies
• Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
• Self-starting business acumen with exceptional management and training skills
• Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships as a well-respected and trusted partner
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
• Valid driver's license required
