Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences, and we're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our overnight call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of medications, resolving patient issues, and providing empathetic support to those who need it most.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Handle a high volume of calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries
  • Utilize strong computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy operations to efficiently resolve patient issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex patient issues and ensure seamless delivery of medications
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, industry developments, and company policies to provide accurate and informed support to patients

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • 6+ months of experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and meet productivity and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

* Monday - Sunday: 9:00 PM EST - 9:00 AM EST (8-hour shift, 5 days a week)
