Responsibilities

As a Customer Support - Virtual Care professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including text, phone, and email
  • Championing our core values and contributing to achieving the goals of our pet care center
  • Collaborating with our medical teams to deliver seamless support
  • Working closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to ensure success

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our services and products
  • Collaborating with our medical teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible care
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Working closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Dedicated home office or quiet workspace with high-speed reliable internet
  • Availability to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
  • Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
