Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, chat, and web inquiries, providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, and assisting with orders.
  • Collaborating with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-related products and services.
  • Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.
  • Utilizing CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and provide support.
  • Working towards meeting global and regional sales revenue goals and associated KPIs.
  • Providing world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology.
  • 1 year of Sales or Customer Service experience.
  • 1 year of exposure to chromatography and/or sample preparation.
  • A strong desire to work in a teamwork environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.
  • The ability to quickly master new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
