Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone. You'll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll receive comprehensive training to upskill and support our customers' needs. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone to members with pharmacy benefit plans

  • Assist members with questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or customer service environment

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient and helpful way
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
