Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Following up on client cases to ensure customers receive the support they deserve
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
* Must be a resident of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Computer Requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (native & activated) or MacOS (latest version, Mac no more than 5 years old)
- Processor: 2 Core (2.0 GHz minimum) or 4 Core (1.6 GHz minimum)
- RAM: 3GB or higher
- Monitor: At least one 15" or larger monitor (additional monitors recommended)
