Job Highlights

* Competitive Salary: $12-$15 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Phone Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone and SMS. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service via phone and SMS, responding to inbound calls and making outbound appointment setting calls
  • Identifying and resolving caller needs, providing information and solutions with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Maintaining accurate database records and managing SMS communications
  • Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and key performance metrics

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • Professional and friendly attitude, with ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
  • Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
