- Resolving customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Navigating and utilizing various computer systems to access and update customer information, adhering to established customer service protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
