Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote team member, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional service to our customers via inbound calls. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized support to customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and working a set schedule and structured day

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual opportunity available)
  • High-speed internet connection and a self-provided computer or laptop (Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years)
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

Training and Development

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll receive comprehensive training and development to help you succeed in your role. Our paid training period includes:

  • Paid training period with required attendance and participation
  • Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
