As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing credits and debits, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and maintaining bills of materials in the system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Responding to incoming calls from customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
  • Performing month-end processing and processing credits and debits with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files and contact information to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Developing and implementing a system of financial recordkeeping, including issuing receipts and recording payments, to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience when interacting with vendors, customers, and colleagues
  • Adhering to established company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborating with Production Supervisors and co-workers to achieve common goals and drive business success
  • Performing administrative functions, such as electronic and physical filing, scanning, and organizing documents, to maintain a organized and efficient workspace
  • Maintaining electronic documents, including spreadsheets and other office files, to ensure easy access and retrieval
  • Entering receivers into the ERP software and maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed to support business operations and growth

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred
  • 1 year of administrative assistant experience; experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with vendors, customers, and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities to meet business needs
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality to ensure timely attendance and participation
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to support business operations and growth
