About the Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll work in a dynamic, remote environment, collaborating with a supportive team to:

  • Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and navigate complex topics like payment determinations and claims processing.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, providing a seamless experience.
  • Educate customers on disease management programs and recommend healthy living initiatives tailored to their needs.
  • Develop your skills through extensive training and mentorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Educate customers on disease management programs and recommend healthy living initiatives tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
