Responsibilities
As a Customer Growth Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Selling and executing promotions, securing equipment placement, and utilizing point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
- Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, ensuring alignment and proper labeling
- Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock daily
- Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
- Performing other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail or beverage industry setting
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends
- Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
