Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and responding to written inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy
• Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's proprietary software and Microsoft suite
• Providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues and concerns in a prompt and effective manner
• Working independently with minimal supervision, making sound decisions, and taking ownership of your work
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
• Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Data entry and/or typing experience, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
