Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through our web-based live chat console. You'll engage in personalized conversations, showcase extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services, and work collaboratively with our team to meet individual and company benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

* Quickly answer online chat requests and questions, showcasing extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services

  • Engage in personalized, non-scripted conversations to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet individual and company benchmarks, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking with ease
  • Utilize critical thinking skills, adaptability, and attention to detail to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses

Requirements

* Typing speed of 75+ WPM (typing test available at [insert typing test link])

  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to navigate website pages, quickly identify information, and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable, with a career-oriented and professional mindset
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus, as is fluency in multiple languages
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
