Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing assistance with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling
  • Maintaining the ticket counter area and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Investigating kiosk technology issues and communicating with IT to resolve problems
  • Checking travel documents and verifying customer information
  • Assisting customers with checked baggage handling and special requests
  • Providing door information and directions to customers
  • Performing other related duties as required
