Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
Providing thoughtful, efficient, and luxury-level support
to customers via phone, chat, and email
Responding to inquiries and resolving issues
in a timely and professional manner
Accurately processing and managing customer orders
with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
Acting as a liaison
between customers and store teams across the country
Supporting team projects and administrative tasks
as needed

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
6+ months of experience
within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage
A quiet, distraction-free work space
with high-speed internet
Excellent written and communication skills

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

The ability to work your entire shift
using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership
