Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate (Tech Support) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in internal systems
  • Managing dispatch tasks, ensuring timely coordination of service requests
  • Monitoring and tracking job progress, addressing any scheduling or logistical challenges
  • Occasionally communicating with field technicians and supervisors to confirm details and provide necessary updates
  • Maintaining organized and accurate records of completed and pending work
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the company as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable work-from-home setup, including a laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
