Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them make informed decisions about their benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation

  • Provide personalized support to help members make informed decisions about their benefits
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (optional) by upselling or cross-selling benefits to members who are interested
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track member interactions and sales performance
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new benefits and services to meet the evolving needs of our members

Requirements for Consideration

* Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our members and clients

  • Fluency in English (bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
  • Must reside in California (arenaflex is committed to supporting our employees and clients in the Golden State)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with labor unions, credit unions, or associations

  • Knowledge of benefits and insurance products
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
