The Role
As a Working Student in Customer Onboarding, you'll be responsible for managing the onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring that newly signed merchants get started with Omnidock quickly and successfully. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the onboarding process from setting up accounts in our system to going live on marketplaces
- Working hands-on with our proprietary software and AI tools to ensure listings are created and synced correctly
- Identifying bottlenecks and helping us improve and streamline the onboarding workflow
- Collaborating with our product and ops teams to give feedback and shape internal tools based on real merchant needs
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business, E-Commerce, Information Systems, etc.)
- A structured and proactive way of working, with a passion for optimizing processes
- Comfortable using software tools and working in a fast-moving tech environment
- Native German speaker and fluent in English
