Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Specimen Management Support Representative to join our remote customer care team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the management of daily tasks, driving process improvements, and ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in our specimen management processes. Responsibilities

* Assist in the management of daily tasks, including specimen processing, tracking, and reporting

  • Collaborate with the team to drive process improvements and best practices
  • Support the preparation of research specimens for testing and analysis
  • Coordinate the transportation of specimens to their designated preparation areas
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and productivity
  • Resolve any production errors or discrepancies as reported by management
  • Participate in ongoing cycle and service level enhancements
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and productivity
  • Authorize and oversee strategies and techniques as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3 years of relevant experience; ideally in a clinical research setting
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus
  • Experience with laboratory activities, as well as strategies and systems is highly desirable
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail and prioritization abilities
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
