About the Role

As a BDR & Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to engage with prospects, close deals, ensure customer success, and play a key role in company growth. This position offers comprehensive exposure to the entire customer lifecycle, from initial outreach to long-term customer relationships. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also providing exceptional customer support to our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct compelling product demos for warm leads, showcasing the value of arenaflex's fund operating system

  • Set up and manage new customer accounts for seamless handoff to account executives
  • Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring they get the most out of our technology
  • Build relationships with fund managers and investment professionals, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize sales and customer success processes, staying ahead of the curve in the industry
  • Take initiative on process improvements and growth opportunities, driving innovation and excellence at arenaflex
