Location

This role will operate between offices located in Kennett MO, Piggott AR, and Dyersburg TN. You'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist I - Residential, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers: Welcome guests and handle inquiries with a warm smile, whether face-to-face, chat, or on the phone.
  • Solving problems: Tackle customer issues, provide accurate billing information, and resolve standard problems.
  • Driving revenue: Secure new and incremental revenue by promoting our products and services.
  • Educating & Assisting: Guide customers on using our products and help them navigate our services.
  • Following-up: Make sure every issue is resolved to our customers' satisfaction and keep improving our service.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who:

  • Has a high school diploma or GED, and a few months in customer service.
  • Possesses outstanding communication, solid data entry, and computer skills.
  • Is eager to learn about our products and stay up to date with what we offer.
  • Has a good driving record and a valid driver's license in the state you are applying for.
  • Is bilingual (English and Spanish).

Pay Rate

We offer an hourly wage based on experience, with a focus on providing growth opportunities for both entry-level candidates and those with more experience. The hourly rate is $13.75 - $14.50.
