Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services, assisting customers with their questions and concerns
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to track issues and resolutions
- Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and they are satisfied with the service received
- Participating in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
