Key Responsibilities:
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills
- Strong customer service and written communication skills
- Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of hours you work. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.
Application and Certification Process:
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
- Pass a background and credit check (a $45 processing fee will be required)
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements:
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.
Availability:
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
