Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team in West Virginia. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email interactions. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from customers
  • Conducting outreach phone calls and emails to proactively address customer needs
  • Providing outstanding customer service through empathetic listening, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues
  • Recognizing and following call flows with scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Researching and reviewing customer inquiries to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Relaying research findings and outcomes to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Identifying and escalating appropriate issues to management for timely resolution
  • Clearly documenting call information and encounters in call logs to ensure accurate tracking and analysis
  • Recognizing and alerting management of risk and trends to inform business decisions
  • Quickly transitioning from one task to another to meet changing customer needs
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to arenaflex's core values and policies

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of call center environment experience
  • 6 months of experience in utilities or health and public services
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers, including experience using the internet, email via Outlook, and data entry
  • Listening, verbal, and written communication experience
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience
  • Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet
  • Quiet and private remote work location

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with call center software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
