Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Application and Certification Process

To become a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. arenaflex will provide clear guidelines and expectations for each program.

Availability

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn higher income based on your availability.
