Job Description

We're seeking experienced and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions for major brands, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus
