Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Account Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating adaptability to new software, apps, or communication platforms with minimal instruction
  • Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Building customer loyalty and bringing value through thoughtful account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, services, and solutions
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
  • Meeting department productivity and quality standards
  • Completing training requirements to develop new skills, expand knowledge, and grow within arenaflex

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic proficiency with email, chat systems, online forms, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Incentives

As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour in your first year, with pay increases tied to performance milestones. You'll also be eligible for an annualized incentive target of $4,400/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status.
